After the first Evil Bong, Charles Band was at it again in the search for more money. Despite not having Tommy Chong or even the original Alistair, does this sequel to a low (blog post) quality horror flick still maintain the odd charm? Or perhaps does it stand as proof that it really is possible to overdose on weed?
